NOTE: Jan: several gates unsecured and locks missing/01-29-06 very busy made contact with approx 100 riders Feb: B 1000 gate broken,:talked with 2 shooters and 1 wood cutter March:trailer at overlook, removed on 03-19April:homeless couple set up tent by creek, moved on 4-8-06/4-7-06:warned 4 4x4’s about driving in ditches,4x4 stuck off Cavanough trail, removed,:warned 4x4 about driving in ditch,camper overstay 7 day limit, occupants left. May: 114 tires dumped , 3 vehicles had windows broke out at B-1000, average ORV count from 0800-1200 is 62.34 per weekend day June average ORV count per weekend day 0800-1200 71 people. July average ORV count per weekend day 56.6 (0800-1200), 1-abandon vehicle, talked w/2 people re:fires, AUG: on vacation 3weekends, 1 accident, count 173 for 2 weekends (including Labor Day)SEPT: count 745 ORV’s for month (mornings), 3 injuries, minor, 2 events (Trials), OCT: count 615 for month (morning/Sundays) 2 broken legs, 2 other minor injury. NOV: ORV ct. 546 (Sunday/mornings) bad snow storm last weekend. DEC: Fairly quiet month, many trails unpassable due to snow & wind storms. ORV ct:691 for month (Sat & Sun. mornings), good month,cold but good.
